Abu El Abed had a massive heart attack and had to undergo an operation. Following his release from hospital, the doctor put him on a very strict diet and asked him not to have sex for 2 months.

The doctor informed Em El Abed (Abu El Abed's wife), to make sure that Abu El Abed follow his recommendations. Abu El Abed did not have any problem dieting, but had a lot of difficulty refraining from sex.

When the two months were over, Abu El Abed went to the doctor for a check-up, and he informed him that he had fully recovered. So he approached Em El Abed saying: Yallah Em El Abed, the two months are over and I feel great... But Em El Abed would not accept to sleep with him until>he got a note from the doctor stating that he was fit.

So Abu El Abed went to the Doctor. "I need a note to give Em El Abed to convince her that I am OK and that we can have sex again."

So the Doctor started writing:

To Mrs. Em El Abed, This is to inform you that Abu El Abed has fully recovered from his heart operation. His blood pressure has reached a normal level, his blood test results are very good. I would say that he is now like a 20-year-old, and capable of having sex without any problems.....

At this stage, Abu El Abed interrupted him: "Doctor, are you sure that what you are writing is correct?

" Doctor: "Of course."

"If this is the case," said Abu El Abed, "please address the letter:
